Saint Jeanne Jugan, foundress of the Little Sisters of the Poor, is a Gospel witness for our time and a Saint for old age and every age.

Her spirit continues to live on in every aspect of St. Mary’s Home. The Sisters live to serve the elderly poor and spread love and compassion among all members of their family, including the Residents, staff and volunteers. We are proud to be one of the most highly rated nursing homes in Chicago, but we live by a higher standard. Our focus is creating a loving home where people of all religions feel like family and are treated with dignity and respect.
